Our Philosophy
Established in 2022 and based in Faridabad, Haryana, SS Thermal is an industrial furnace manufacturer and thermal-engineering company serving the equipment and process-heating requirements of manufacturing businesses. We work with customers that require dependable furnace systems, custom furnace components, equipment modernisation and ongoing technical support for their production operations.
Our capabilities cover electrically heated and gas-fired furnace systems, including continuous hardening and tempering furnaces, mesh-belt conveyor furnaces, annealing furnaces, brazing furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, press-quench stations, quench elevators, industrial ovens and other application-specific thermal equipment. Every requirement is reviewed according to the material, process, operating temperature, production rate, heating cycle and available plant utilities.Alongside new furnace systems, SS Thermal provides furnace repair and revamping, planned maintenance, PLC-based automation, electrical control panels, custom fabrication and replacement spares. Our Philosophy
At SS Thermal, furnace engineering begins with the application rather than a standard equipment catalogue. We first understand what material needs to be processed, the required thermal result, target temperature, loading method, production capacity, furnace atmosphere, heating cycle and available installation space. These details guide the selection of the furnace type, heating method, construction materials, insulation and control arrangement.
Depending on the requirement, our scope may include furnace design, electric or gas-heating systems, material-handling mechanisms, retorts, muffles, cooling jackets, conveyors, refractory arrangements, electrical panels, temperature instrumentation and PLC-based automation. Each part of the system is considered in relation to the complete manufacturing process so that the proposed equipment can be integrated practically into the customer’s production environment.Our involvement can continue after installation through inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, spare-parts supply and furnace modernisation.
